To get to the main land from the islands...
We had to go from Santa Cruz island to the Baltra Island. Luggage on the roof of the boat, and all inside wearing life jackets.
:-) We had been on speedboats without, yet on the ferry we had to wear them. Ot was a short but fun experience… Especially when I noticed a part of the floor was cracked, after we joked about newlines "66 passengers overboard on a Galapagos Ferry… 18 Dutch tourists included… All were saved"
